How shipping works
- At checkout, choose your preferred shipping option. Buka supports The Courier Guy lockers by default.
- If you choose The Courier Guy, search and select your nearest locker during checkout.
- After payment, the seller receives a prepaid label. They pack and drop off at a Courier Guy point.
- You receive tracking updates. When the parcel arrives at your chosen The Courier Guy locker, collect it using the provided PIN.
We'll expand to additional courier options in future. For now, The Courier Guy provides a reliable and cost-effective nationwide network.

At your selected The Courier Guy locker. You'll receive an SMS/Email with collection instructions and a one-time PIN.
Can I change my locker after ordering?
Locker changes aren't guaranteed once a label is created. Contact support as soon as possible.
